Guidelines for Submission

  • Abstracts must be prepared in English.
  • Abstracts received by e-mail, regular mail (letter) or fax will not be accepted.
  • Accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts (after the completed registration form and payments have been received).
  • Abstracts will appear exactly as submitted; therefore please avoid errors and misspellings.
  • Corrections sent in after the abstract has been submitted cannot be accepted.
  • The Presenting Author whose abstract is accepted for presentation must register for the Congress and pay the applicable registration fee. Omission will result in non-publication of the abstract.
  • You are obliged to fill out all the required fi elds of the abstract details (e.g. title, Authors, Co-authors, etc.) in the on-line abstract submission process. These fields are marked accordingly.
  • The abstract itself should be set up by using the supplied abstract- file, which is an empty Word document.
  • The abstract title, Author, Co-authors, Institute, Country etc. have to be fi lled out in the required fi elds. This information will automatically be inserted in the abstract header above your abstract text. Therefore only include the abstract text in the Word document.
  • Never use abbreviations in the abstract title.
  • Only use font type Arial, font size 10.
  • Your abstract text MUST fi t on the FIRST page of the abstract-file. You are not allowed to change the document size.
  • Your abstract text MUST fit in the margins supplied. You are not allowed to change the margins.
  • Structure your abstract: Objective(s); Material & Method(s); Result(s); Conclusion(s)
  • Type the text single-spaces with no indentations.
  • Take a new line for each new paragraph (objectives, methods, results, conclusions).
  • Do not include non-standard symbols, as it will not be recognized on setting up the printing matter and it will be displayed wrongly.
  • Use standard abbreviations. Place unusual abbreviations between brackets (...) after the fi rst appearance of the word.
  • DECLINE of ABSTRACT: if you do not follow-up above guidelines your abstract will be declined.
