The congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in Brussels. The categories vary from five star hotels to tourist hotels. The majority of the hotels are located in the city centre. 

As Brussels attracts many tourists and business people it is advisable to secure your hotel room as soon as possible. Each participant will individually receive a confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding credit card data. Companies are requested to block-book rooms for their delegates in advance with CPO HANSER SERVICE. For cancellations and changes please contact CPO HANSER SERVICE. Any cancellations must be in writing.

Hotel Categories

5-star hotels:
Luxury hotels with excellent standard, mostly with restaurant, bar, swimming pool, fitness centre, and garage. All rooms have a bath or shower / WC and telephone, radio, TV and laundry service.

4-star hotels:
Deluxe hotels with good standard, mostly with restaurant, bar, minibar or 24-hour room service. All rooms have a bath or shower / WC and telephone, radio, TV and laundry service.

3-star hotels:
Good middle class hotels. All rooms have a bath or shower / WC and TV and 12-hour reception service.
